- Housing Counseling - CCCS is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency offering mortgage default, pre-purchase and reverse mortgage advice.
- Financial Education Programs - Topics such as money management, budgeting, credit and housing are presented in sponsorship with community organizations, schools and the business community.
- The Center for Personal Financial Education and Information - Founded by CCCS, the Center offers a variety of financial education programs such as workplace financial literacy and College Freshman 101.
- Loan Programs - CCCS partners with national and local financial institutions to develop special lending programs for consumers working to bring their finances under control.
